Artificial intelligence is already inside companies: it is used every day to write content, analyse data, summarise documents and speed up operational tasks. Too often, though, this happens without rules, without training and without real internal governance.
With the European AI Act, companies need to pay closer attention to how AI tools are used: from data management to human oversight, from transparency towards customers and staff to employee training and internal policies.
How it works
Initial assessment
The programme starts with an analysis of the company context: tools already in use, internal skill levels, departments involved, key processes and any issues related to data, privacy and how AI is used.
Mapping use cases
We identify the areas where AI can create real value: content production, document analysis, sales support, customer care, reporting, internal research and operational optimisation.
Hands-on tool training
We go deep into tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity through real examples, guided exercises and applications close to the team's daily work.
Method and output control
The training shows how to write effective prompts, give the right context, check answers, reduce errors and use AI in a more precise, safe and controllable way.
Governance and responsible use
We cover the AI Act, privacy, sensitive data, human oversight and good operating practice, to set clear rules for using AI within the company.
Outputs and next steps
At the end of the programme we share practical materials, operating guidelines and recommendations on possible next steps: internal policies, priority use cases or AI integrations in business processes.

A 6-minute anonymous questionnaire per person shows where people really are: who uses AI, for what, and where they stop. From there the training programme is built on data, not assumptions.
It is part of a research project on AI adoption in SMEs in North-East Italy, with Prof. Andrea Rinaldo of the University of Padua.
