No. Privacy Wall does not store or transmit the content of processed documents. The process relies on a volatile in-session mapping: the link between original data and placeholders is generated in memory only for the duration of the working session. When the session ends, the mapping is destroyed. No database, no content logs, no copy of the original document.
After receiving an output from the AI, you can paste it straight into Privacy Wall. The tool uses the volatile mapping generated during masking to automatically replace the placeholders with the correct original data, returning a complete, ready-to-use text. The mapping only exists in memory for the session: once closed, no trace of the original data or of the placeholder associations remains.
With Hosted, Privacy Wall runs on our certified infrastructure in Europe. It's the fastest way to start: no installation and no in-house technical management. With On-Premise, Privacy Wall is installed directly in your company infrastructure, with total control over data and the option to customise PII categories and interface. Both include usage logs and periodic compliance reports.
